Frankee Oleson Collaboration Hub

July 2025

United Way of Story County is proud to announce the official opening of the Frankee Oleson Collaboration Hub—a space designed to foster connection, partnership, and progress. Housed within our office, the Hub provides a welcoming environment for nonprofit leaders, community partners, and volunteers to come together for meetings, trainings, and meaningful collaboration.

This space was created in honor of longtime community champion Frankee Oleson, whose legacy of service and commitment to collaboration continues to shape the way we work. Frankee believed deeply in the power of people coming together to solve challenges and strengthen community—and this hub is a reflection of that vision.

Along with the new Collaboration Hub, visitors may also notice a few other updates throughout our space at 315 Clark. We've made several changes to office layouts and refreshed the lobby area to better support day-to-day operations and create a more welcoming environment for staff, partners, and guests. These improvements are part of our ongoing effort to ensure our space reflects the energy and purpose of the work happening within it.

As we open the doors of the Collaboration Hub, we do so with a deep sense of purpose. It’s more than a meeting room—it’s a gathering place for ideas, innovation, and shared action. We look forward to the conversations that will happen here, the partnerships that will grow, and the impact that will ripple out across Story County.
