UWSC's Way of Reorganizing
Now that Christmas 2011 is behind us, I noticed that the big box store ads are now focused on exercise equipment and organizational items. I never realized how many different items are available to organize our stuff - from binder clips to file cabinets to complete storage systems for our homes. Michelle Fullerton, representing US Bank in Nevada, presented a check to Jean Kresse, President and CEO of United Way of Story County (UWSC) for $5,500 for the annual LIVE UNITED campaign. The funds were a gift from the US Bank Foundation.
US Bank employees raised money by participating in a silent auction with donated items or services, Jeans Days for employees and a potluck dinner.

LIVE UNITED Holiday Toy Drive Brightens the Holidays for many Story County Children
United Way of Story County (UWSC) is pleased to have partnered with the United States Marine Corps to bring Toys for Tots to Story County for the sixth year. Toy and gift donations for UWSC’s LIVE UNITED Holiday Toy Drive arrived Thursday, December 15. The toys and gifts have been distributed to over 550 children ages newborn to 18 throughout Story County.
