United Ways of Iowa Meet with State Legislatures for 2-1-1 Day on Capital Hill Submitted: 03/28/2008Thirty representatives from the United Ways of Iowa visited the Statehouse in Des Moines on January 30, to meet with local legislatures to thank them for supporting last year’s 2-1-1 Initiative and to table with them about United Way’s legislative agenda regarding financial stability.
